People have asked us many times, why did you go to New York? Our simple answer is to visit Jason’s mission. Jason served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in November of 2006 to November of 2008. With our tax return we bought tickets to make our return trip a reality.
The Flight- Our flight there was a little rough. I am already not the biggest fan of air planes, and we were lucky to stop three times with three take offs and three landings. We flew from Salt Lake to Denver, Denver to Chicago, and Chicago finally to Buffalo New York. I ended up getting pretty sick on our rough plane ride from Denver to Chicago. Talk about turbulence that I never want to ever experience again! That night we were able to stay with a wonderful family who waited up for us when we pulled in at 12:30am.
