A Weekend of Service

So... how crazy were the Osborn's this week? Well... they were mighty crazy (some might think). We did something that we both LOVE to do, and that's service. We love to help others with the talents and strengths we have. It brings us more happiness then anything else we do together.

During the week, we were able to have a family join us for family home evening. Family home evening is something we try to do with each other every week, but it is so much more fun and motivating when you get the missionaries and a family involved. It's simply time to spend with the fam having fun and learning :) Jason had an amazing lesson and I was able to do the activity, which turned out to be a hit. It was awesome to see the family's competitiveness come out as we raced around the house with crazy clothes, spoons, and forks, all to see what was wrapped in newspapers. It was wonderful to invite such an amazing family into our home and get to know them better.

We also made some new friends this week. We had them over for a double date and played some crazy games of Monopoly Deal and Phase 10. With our time in Vegas wrapping up, I must say that I am sad to leave. We have made so many friends and have enjoyed our time so much here, there will be many tears on the day we drive away. It is incredible how much of an impact a place can have on you from the people that live there. We will always look back to our times in Vegas with huge smiles and wonderful memories.

Friday during the day I was able to help a family clean their house. Even though I was wiping down blinds, I got to know them better and it was kind of fun. Especially with their crazy children running around. Friday was a very laid back night with the Olympics starting. Jason watched the opening ceremonies while I took myself out on a date with a delicious smoothie from the Tropical Smoothie Cafe. YUMMY! Then we both kind of did our own thing until the early hours of the morning.

Saturday started off with basketball and softball. Ha ha, those aren't really things of service, but I got to know some really amazing people and Jason was able to have fun doing his very favorite thing (play sports). Afterward I said goodbye to Jason for a little girls time at a book party. Teachers LOVE books, and so it was a little dangerous. My wish list did slim down from 15 things to only 2 so I guess I did pretty good :)

Once I got home, we made delicious sandwiches and got into our Sunday best. We then went on our long trek to visit the Las Vegas Nevada LDS Temple. The hour drive was 10 million times worth it!!! I am pretty sure I have a new favorite temple now too! It was so beautiful! Everything in its simplicity took my breath away. We really enjoyed our time as we attended a very small session.

Soon after we were done we had to rocket out of there. I was sad we weren't able to stay and take pictures, but I had Jason promise me we would return before we leave Vegas behind. Our next adventure was a wonderful evening with 3 angels as their parents left for a much needed date. We watched the sweetest 1.5 year old, 4 year old and 11 year old. I hope their parents aren't angry when they find out we played dodge ball in the house LOL. When their parents returned me wanted to wrap them up and take them with us. It was so wonderful to give service to them and do something we love, which is chillin with kiddos. If you haven't done something for someone else with out expecting anything in return, I challange you to do it this week. See how it makes you feel, and make it a habit to serve those around you.

My Jason is now serving me a delicious dinner :) So until next week, have fun with serving others!

I didn't think we'd end up here...

Oops. I didn't know that an awesome weekend could end up with us in... well, the picture explains it all. I promise we're not guilty though. To prove it, I'll tell you everything we did this weekend. Then you can decide for yourself...

How did this happen?
Thursday -- This is when the fun really started. I had hurt my knee yet again, and was going crazy with not running for 7 days in a row. I did however have to clean the house in preparation for who was coming. That evening once Jason got home, we ran to the airport and picked up our dear friend Kyra. We were so happy to see her and excited that she would come experience the Vegas life like we know it. Maybe we went a little too far.

That night we got to catch up, and ended up making enough spaghetti to feed a small country :). Kyra went a little over board on the noodles, but the dinner was delicious! We really wanted to go for an ice cream run, so the three of us headed off on an adventure to Smith's and ended up getting some amazing double fudge brownie ice cream. I know your mouth just watered. Along with that we each got a girl scout cookie crunch bar and I'll admit, that was the most sugar I had had in a very long time. You have to splurge sometimes, so it was totally worth it!

When we got back to the house, Jason posted his shiny new ipod touch on craigslist (he won it at work. It's a beautiful white 4th generation, only $200 OBO in case you're interested lol), While Kyra and I watched Pawn Stars with our roommate Heidi. Once Jason went to bed, the girl party started with movies and talking. We had a pretty good time, and I'm glad we were able to get to know Heidi a little more.

Friday -- With Jason at work, it was a beautiful girls only kind of day :) I actually slept in! We made yummy raspberry waffles, and then started creating our epic road trip for the last twilight movie. It's funny, because although the movies really aren't our favorite, it is a tradition for us to always do something epic for them. The last movie wasn't so epic when we saw it a week later, so we wanted the last movie to go out with a bang. We planned an amazing week of a road trip and sites to see in Forks, WA. After two hours of planning, we finally decided to bag the whole idea and just go to the midnight showing. Ha ha I love that we did that.

After getting ready for the day, we hit up In-N-Out and had the best animal style burgers and fries. With sauce all over our hands and faces, we were satisfied because messy burgers are the best! With full bellies we drove to Freemont St. to have an adventure. There we walked around, checked out the Heart Attack Cafe (you have to be 350lbs to eat their free), watched a talented spray paint artist, and became part of a magic show. We actually had a really good time. Kyra ended up getting some pretty sweet souvenirs, and then we headed home to get Jason.

Walkin' with style on Freemont St.
Picking where to eat dinner was probably the hardest decision we had to make all evening.  While Jason did the research on where to eat, Kyra and I played the most intense game of speed of your life! The stakes were high with loser having to buy chocolate. We were screaming, crying from laughing to hard, and shaking from the anticipation. About an hour later the winner was decided, and so was dinner.

Have you ever eaten Thai? Well, it is amazing! We ended up going to this cute little restaurant called Prommares. It was so small with little cute tables, and a feel of eating at home. We were not disappointed when the food came out either. It was so so so good! Jason and I split our food too, and ended up having enough left over for another meal. Not to mention after eating we didn't feel weighed down. The food was really lite and healthy.

The Strip was our next stop for the night. We showed Kyra all of our favorite spots, and even discovered a few new ones, including a Godiva shop in little Italy located in the Venetian. Yum! We also saw THE BEST Bellagio fountain show of your life! It was so much better then the last time we went, and I was sad we didn't get a video of it. I loved it! Our plan was to watch a movie when we got back, but we lost track of time and at 1 am we finally made it home.

Found a waterfall in the Venetian!
Jason got a picture! We ran into a wax figure of him on the strip!
Saturday -- So... this was probably the best day we had this weekend. After breakfast (Jason made us yummy fruity pancakes. Even though they looked interesting and blue, they were so good) Kyra and I drove to Travoli Village and hit up the biggest farmer market in Vegas. That's not really saying much because it was actually really small, but we loved walking around and ended up having enough free samples to call it lunch. Kyra bought an awesome burse (book+purse check it out aburse.com) and I bought death salsa for Jason. He was in for a treat.

When we got back for Jason, we jumped in the car and headed downtown. There we saw the coolest Mob Museum, and made the crazy choice of entering. It was there they told us we had the right to an attorney. Anything we said would be held against us in a court of law. Then they and took our pictures. It was there that we learned about the history of Vegas, and extremely smart people who were into organized crime after prohibition. It was the most interesting thing ever, to learn that Vegas was run by mobsters and criminals. It also started out as a city of tents. The museum lasted us for 4 hours, and we were rushing out to catch our movie at the drive in. We completely lost track of time!

Before hitting the drive in, we grabbed some snacks and really thought we were in trouble when they searched our car. Come to find out, because what happened in Colorado, they were searching everyone's vehicle for firearms or anything that might be dangerous. We were surprised to see such a quick response to the event that happened Friday. We were also going to see The Dark Night Rises, so we were thankful that they were making sure to keep everyone safe.
I think I look more intense! Ha ha.

Jason with a Tommy gun.
The death penalty!
I ended up being a true mobster by the time we left.
The movie was incredible, and the lightening and thunder during the show made it even better. I must say I was thankful for the rain, because watching a movie outside in Vegas is so HOT! We were all sweating and turned on the a/c in the car a few times. We seriously thought we were going to bake, until the rain began to fall :) We were nice and cool in our house by 1:00 am, and everything was good.

Sunday -- We sadly drove Kyra to the airport @ 4 am, and the rest of the day tried to catch on the sleep we had missed. After 2 naps and church, we walked downstairs to find our roommate and her family. They invited us to join them for dinner, and after visiting with them for a while we decided this was a really great weekend. We did get mug shots, but hey that was just plain fun! What kinds of things did you do this weekend? Do you think we're guilty?

A Relaxing Weekend

The crazy Osborn's weren't very crazy this weekend, in fact we took it easy and had a very nice weekend.

Friday started out a little rough, when we woke up at 5am only to discovery Jason was still home and not at work. He high tailed it over to work as quickly as he could, and I was left to face another run in the rain! I have decided I love it when it rains in Vegas. Although it seems dark and is a little muggy, the best feeling is standing outside in 80 degree weather and getting wet at 5 in the morning!

I recently got a job helping a lady with her kids, and projects that she is working on through out her massive house! I usually head over in the afternoons and work until Jason gets home, but she had me working a little late to help her with preparations for a birthday party. I ended up coming home at 6pm and Jason and I were both famished!! I'm not sure why, but the hubby and I always seem to be very hungry...

Our plans were, take out from P.F Chang's and a concert in the park. So romantic and super fun, but due to the rain the concert was canceled. That's when we decided, why not just eat where the concert was supposed to be. We went to this place called The District in Henderson, and that is where we had a lovely dinner. We found a cute little table next to a tree with lights. It was very fun, and our first P.F. Chang's experience was the BOMB! It was incredible and we both really liked it.

On date nights, if we go out to dinner... desert is a must (not all the time, but this time it was)! So we looked for our wallets for gift cards to any places and scored with 2 gift cards to Cold Stone Creamery! YUM! On our way home we hit up the most popular hang out on a Friday night. I ordered a delicious chocolate peanut butter shake, and Jason (with my help and expertise) got cake batter with black cherries (I told him he should get cake batter). The perfect way to end a wonderful night.

Our relaxing night
Upon arriving at home we decided, it's Friday night and we need to do something crazy, and so began an intense game of Phase 10. We like to add our own rules and spice things up a bit when we play games together. With that we were both yawning and tired at 11pm so we hit the sack....

Saturday I was ready for the greatest adventure of my life including finger mustaches (you'll understand when you're older) and incredible memories to share. 5 am we got up, I went for my long run, Jason went to rip up the court with his amazing basketball skills and we started a productive day. My run was incredible and I really enjoyed it until about mile 8.... knee problems are always the worst and when I returned home a mile later I was sorry. My knee was in so much pain I couldn't really walk very well with out looking a little special.

Due to my injured knee, Jason took care of business with our injured car and I took a really long nap :) Not wanting to miss my time with Jason at the gym, we decided to go there when I woke up, where I could hurt my knee some more. Ha ha. The best part of our evening however, was the amazing dinner we made together!! We each picked a couple of ingredients and went on an adventure to see what we could come up with. The most amazing dinner of our lives was yet to be created.... We call it Sweet and Spicy Chicken! It changed our lives and my love for chicken...

Sweet and Spicy Chicken!
After our incredible dinner we were in search of something exciting. With the flash flood warnings, and the cancellations of many events we did a Red Box. That my friends ended the best night in Vegas... It's funny how I always want to be doing things to make memories and have fun with my family, but the best days are when you are just happy to be with each other doing nothing. I loved spending time with Jason with out the expectation of having a life changing experience. Don't be afraid to just chill with the ones you love. You'll end up discovering that, those are the best memories you can make.

A Trip to Washington

As said earlier, my amazing Jason got me a ticket to go visit my family for the weekend. I was so excited, but at the same time not so happy about leaving my best friend. I hate spending time away from Jason for more than 12 hours. It feels so weird to be with out him, but I guess that's how it goes when you do everything together. I was so glad for the time to spend with my family.

Thursday I got a ride to the Vegas airport and couldn't believe how huge it was. After purchasing my ticket I was advised to get there about 2 hours before my flight time. I thought an hour would be plenty, but after going through security, riding a tram just to get near my gate, and finding my flight it took a full hour. I got there just as our flight started boarding. Next time I'll remember the crazy tram ride to the gate ha ha. I am proud to say too, that I got a window seat and totally wasn't afraid to look out of the window. All of this flyin is making me brave!!

My sisters met me at the airport with little Bandit (our beagle). Jason was so bummed that I was able to see his dog, and he has to wait until September to see him. I guess I've missed him a little :P Our day was pretty chill though and it was so nice to just sit and visit with my awesome family. We stayed up way past my bedtime, and even ended up sleeping on the trampoline! I loved it :) I love being with my family even if we're doing absolutely nothing!!

Bandit!
Sleeping on the trampoline! I love summer!
Friday was the best day, because it started with a wonderful trip to the temple. Jason and I were married in the Columbia River Temple, and I had actually never been through it other than when we were married. Temples are sacred places where we make covenants with God. I'm not very good at explaining things so, if you'd like to learn more about temples or other things... visit mormon.org :)

After the wonderful temple session, my parents took my sister and I out to Bob's Burgers for lunch. YUM! I love food! I'm so glad Siehara shared a burger with me. Their burgers are huge, and although I probably could have finished one myself, I would have felt pretty crappy about stuffing my face!

After my dad went to work, we got started on operation see if dad notices. We went to Home Depot and bought paint to paint my parents' bedroom. My mom had bought new bedding and stuff earlier for the transformation. Funny thing too.... my dad only noticed the new bedding not the walls!! We finally had to tell him what we did.

I guess the color wasn't too drastic...
That night we made our way to Maverick for some yummy treats, and rented Sherlock Holmes (I didn't actually end up watching the movie, because I couldn't sit still lol). I must say that this weekend was a weekend that I ate way too many sweets!

random picture of some buddy's freeze.... we got smaller ones
Saturday was pretty awesome. My sister's and I have a tradition every time we go home to visit. We have to go to our favorite coffee shop called Baracudas and get delicious coffee free freezes. If you ever have a snickers freeze from Baracudas, it will change your life! It's that good!

After our little stop we started off on a grand mission to find me a cute, modest swimsuit. We failed miserably, but by the end of our trip we had made awesome memories. We started off with Big 5 and ended up looking at some pretty sweet shoes. Next was the Dollar Store where we found the most awesome mustache finger tattoos of your life. Winco Foods had Coconut M&Ms, which by the way I am addicted too!! AHHH I LOVE THEM!!! Costco had yummy samples and was our stop for lunch, and Walmart we discovered amazing CHOCOLATE!

Once we got home, I got a hold of my friend Danna from high school and she came over to hang with our chill family. It was so good to see her! Danna is awesome :) I love that even though I'm married, she still likes to hang out with me. We had fun catching up though and she laughed at me while I played Just Dance with my siblings (I'm not the greatest at that game).

Sunday was an interesting day. We were bummed to have to say goodbye to Siehara. She had to drive all the way back to Utah so she left really early. I decided to go to church with my little sister Kira at 1pm and go to the singles branch. All the single LDS members meet for church together, and it was really weird to me being married, but I got to see so many people I've missed that it was worth it. I was able to see some people I haven't seen in 2 or more years! It was wonderful to visit with them and find out what was going on in their lives.

After church I skyped Jason, and must say I was feelin pretty lonely for him. It's so funny how Jason has really become a part of me. I was surprised that as soon as I got to Washington I missed him like crazy. Jason is my very best friend and being with out him stinks. I have told him so many times that I will never go on a trip with out him again, yet there I was with out him. I think that married couples kind of need time away from each other though, to really realize what they have and how much the other person means to them. I love Jason so much!! I'm so glad I don't have to be with out him now :D

That night I headed over to Danna's house and we played games with some other people she knew. After playing BS and Uno we all headed outside to watch some awesome lightning! I wish it would have rained and it was really weird not to hear thunder, but it was fun to be with friends. It was also weird for Washington to feel so much like Vegas when even though the sun was down, it was still at least 90 degrees outside!!

I had a difficult time sleeping (funny how I can't really sleep with out Jason) so Monday was a little bit of a late morning. I watched Drop Dead Diva with my mom and sister and then had to say my goodbyes to my wonderful family. I was so excited to see Jason though!! I was counting down the minutes until we would be together. I would have tackled him when I saw him at the airport if he wasn't in the car. It was so nice to be back home, and be with my handsome hubby! We snuggled on the couch as soon as we got home and watched out fave movie Dan in Real Life. I love being home!

I was finally home!!
While I was gone, Jason had adventures of his own including seeing the USA basketball team after a practice and getting pictures with them. His weekend was filled with lots of sports and things that he loves to do. I think he was pretty happy not having me compete for his attention. I love that he was able to have fun and make memories of his own!

Our next adventure will be this weekend. We might be going to St. George Utah! Either that or we'll be exploring more of wonderful Vegas :) I can hardly wait! Until then... have a great week!

July 5, 2012

The 4th of JULY!

This week has been a fantastic one! Jason and I have been able to do a lot of incredible things, and we even had separate adventures this time (not my favorite, but glad that we were both able to have fun away from each other). My incredible hubby bought a plane ticket for me to be with my family for the weekend. Although I wasn't very happy to leave him at first, I was thankful for the opportunity and especially turning a 15+ hour trip into a 2 hours instead :)

First, let's start off with the awesome holiday of Independence Day! We had so much fun together, and the best part was that Jason was able to spend 2 whole days with me in the middle of the week! I loved every second of it! The 3rd (of July) was pretty much preparation for all the things we wanted to do on the 4th and I kinda had a melt down, so we'll skip that part... but the 4th was so stinkin fun! We were able to explore more of Vegas, and met some stars (well, their pictures lol).

The day started out with my run in the morning, and when I walked out the door at 5:00 am it was dark! I thought it was really strange and continued to go on my merry little way. I finally put my finger on it when I headed toward the mountains and noticed that it was very cloudy. The weirdest thing ever too, was that as I got closer to the mountains, it started raining! Raining in the desert is more like sprinkling, but the ground gets pretty wet and the air feels very muggy. I couldn't believe it was raining! I have missed the rain.... I ran home and dragged Jason on a bike ride. He couldn't believe the rain either, and after getting a little wet we rode to the gym. Two hours later (and the best leg work out of my life) it was still raining outside! I love the smell of the rain and how everything seems to be so much cleaner. To my delight too, it rained all day!

After our wet morning, we got ready for the day and headed to the Pawn Stars pawn shop. We were super surprised when we got to this tiny pawn shop with a line of people leading out the door and down the street. A guard stood at the door and made sure only a certain number of people went in to the store at one time. Jason and I were kind of freaking, because we thought that maybe today was a day they were filming. When our turn finally came however, we only saw tons of memorabilia and no stars.... but it was a neat experience :)

After hittin up the pawn shop we made our way to Freemont St. Freemont St. actually used to be the strip way back in the day, and it was pretty neat. Not a whole lot to do, but so much to see. We had a little fun people watching too, because there are some really interesting people from all walks of life that spend their time there. The reason we decided to go there.... the zip line that goes from one end of the street to the other, and a FREE concert to 3 Doors Down!!! We didn't actually ride the zip line, but it was pretty neat to watch all the people riding on it. Maybe someday when Jason is making the millions, we'll make our way back and try the Freemont St. experience.

We got to Freemont St. around 4:00 and had a whopping 5 hours before the concert started at 9. We walked around, explored the Golden Nugget (it has a super awesome water slide where you slide through an aquarium of fish!!), talked to some guys about balance bracelets, almost weighed ourselves at a restaurant that let  people weighing 350lbs + for free, had a picnic, got ice cream, and made some friends with a couple on their honeymoon from Pennsylvania. When the time for the concert came, it was incredible! 3 Doors Down was AMAZING, and the drunk people were really funny to watch. I'm so glad I've never had a drink and acted like such an idiot in front of so many people. I'm sure about half the crowd didn't remember anything from that night. Why not take care of your bodies, and have fun the good way with signing along at the top of your lungs sober! It's the best!

Freemont Street has a ceiling over it, and during the concert we found out that it is actually the largest screen in the world. The entire thing lit up and showed the band performing. They also had a tribute to the 4th and all the men and women giving their lives to serve our country. There are so many things in life that make it wonderful. One of them is being able to live in a country that surpasses all the rest. I am so thankful for the freedoms and joys that we are able to have here in the USA. Ever since my brother joined the army and left to serve in Afghanistan, his example has made my love for this country grow. I'm so glad that people recognize their sacrifice, but I wish they realized more often then just on holidays.

At the concert rockin out!
3 Doors Down... So GOOD!!

Our night ended about 11:00pm and I felt for my Jason when he had to get up for work at 3:00am. It would have been an even earlier morning for the both of us if I didn't get a ride to the airport. I'm so thankful for a wonderful lady in our ward who dropped everything just to take me (and help me find my way) to the airport. People who live in Vegas are awesome!

My Washington trip was awesome, but I will save that for another post. Until then... how was your fourth? I hope you made some memories!

July 2, 2012

Another Epic Weekend!

We have had quite the eventful weekend. Date night was a success, although we didn't do what I had planned. We also got a puppy, and saw some pretty amazing things. I must say I am very happy how things turned out :)

Friday our roommate's sister came to drop off an adorable surprise. Her family was going to Disneyland for the weekend and needed someone to take care of their baby. He is pretty much the most awkward looking puppy (because his legs are way too long for his body) you will ever see. He is super cute though, and it was love at first sight. After this weekend with the little one however, we are kinda re-thinking the whole puppy decision....
His name is Boo!

Friday after Jason got home, my date night plan totally failed. We were too late to get tickets to an outdoor play I wanted to see, but that didn't stop our creative minds. Ha ha, I guess if you could call what we did creative. We decided a nice dinner on the strip, with visiting attractions to follow would be fun. Can I just say... I love that parking in Vegas on the strip is FREE! It seriously surprised me that not just a couple of casinos have free parking, but they all do! We decided to park in a new place and ended up parking at the Vehetian! It was pretty sweet, and Jason even got his picture taken next to some epic limos (the coolest things ever according to the kid in his head). Our dream was to go on a gondola ride too, but it was too pricey for our liking. To make our hungry bellies content, we then walked to The Outback Steakhouse yum!

The Venetian Limos

Yup
The restaurant we ate at was kinda interesting. We weren't too content about our seats either, because we weren't able to sit by each other. Do you and your significant other like to sit across from each other? I guess that it makes us weird, but we HATE sitting across from each other! We made the best of it though, ordered some delicious food, and my favorite quote for the night as I was teaching Jason the real way to eat shrimp.... "You just ate shrimp butt!" (i think it is one of those things were you just had to be there). He's kind of an amateur at eating shrimp I decided :)

The mask is HUGE!
After dinner we tried walking off all those calories and headed toward the Bellagio. On the way there we walked through a street fair and saw some pretty amazing stuff. Especially this guy who was using spray paint to create these insanely good pictures. He didn't even use a paint brush or anything! it was really incredible. We even talked to him after he did a couple of paintings and he was a pretty cool dude.

Walkin' to the Bellagio...
Have you ever heard that going on the strip at night is a bad idea? Well I have heard that too, and honestly is made me a little scepticle... I now know why... It's not bad because of all the drunk people (cuz sometimes they're just plain funny) or the crazy ones, but it's the junk that people hand out and end up all over the street. For your future reference when going to the strip at night... NEVER look down :)

The Bellagio was the highlight of our evening. We didn't expect a fountain to be that big! It's like a giant pound in the front of this casino, and it shoots up so high, when it comes down it literally sounds like thunder. The lights were awesome, and it was pretty neat that everything was choreographed to music. Not to mention, it is right next to the Effle Tower and everything is beautiful! It was amazing!

Us in front of the Bellagio.

Our Saturday started off very early with a 9 mile run, and basketball for Jason. Surprisingly it felt so good to get up at 5 am on Saturday! I hate sleeping the day away so getting up that early was perfect! Not to mention, with our work outs done we had the rest of the day to play! Although we did take a little nap afterwards :P lol.

If anyone ever tells you that locals are allowed in the casino pools... don't believe them. Really all you have to do is act like you know exactly what your doing, and they'll let you in. In fact, Jason and I have been going to the South Point Casino to do our swimming, and always got in no questions asked. This time however, we struck out and the security guy didn't let us in. When it's 108 degrees outside, water is a MUST! So... we went casino hopping in search of a way to cool off and got into the Silverton. The water felt amazing, and we even got in a tan! look out world, by the time I am done here this summer... I'll be a Mexican!! YES!

The Silverton was short lived, because they were getting ready for a live concert by the band Bushman (no idea who that is). On our way home we decided that our Vegas bucket list consists of a concert, so even though we didn't go to that one, we will make it some day. In fact, on the 4th 3 Doors Down is throwing a free concert on Freemont St. we're totally there it's INSANE!

The rest of our night we took it easy with a nice hot shower, a delicious homemade dinner, and a movie in the park. Soul Surfer was playing in Henderson with free popcorn, so we zoomed over there and ended up missing the first 30 min of the show. I must say though, that it was  pretty good movie, and it made me feel so happy that it was free :)

Sunday was absolutely wonderful and amazing! We attend probably the coolest most friendly ward in the state of Nevada! We were invited to like 20 million different things, we got to sit next to investigators and get to know them more, and pretty much our week is filled with awesome people and events. Jason is the most popular dude because of his basketball skills too :) ha ha. The highlight of Sunday though, was probably our awesome hangout on google plus with the fam. It took us about an hour to get google plus working and we only talked for about 15 minutes, but it was super awesome! I get to see everyone (except for Tain my brother) on Thursday cuz I'll be flyin to Tri Town! Ha ha I can't wait!

We had a lot of fun!
I'm off to make more memories, so have a wonderful day!
